Petit Planet not starting
If Petit Planet refuses to start, check the beta-era rules that are still the only written support notes: Windows 10, iOS 14, Android 9, no emulator, and a network connection.
Checks that already exist in writing
The Final Beta guide said the client rejects emulators and reports an unsupported device under Windows 10, iOS 14, or Android 9. It also bound the test account to one PC and one phone, and a swap could suspend access. Those rules may change at launch. The public support mailbox on the official pages is [email protected].
A connection failure during the test was treated as a network requirement, not as a local save you can force. I will add store error codes here after 4 December if the official posts name them.
